Usage of the ENACT Network is approved by the Indiana University IRB and complies with HIPAA requirements for patient confidentiality. In addition, I understand and agree that this information shall not be used to compare healthcare providers in any way (not to compare their patient population, payer sources, outcomes, etc.) unless I have the written consent of the person responsible for Indiana Network for Patient Care (INPC) research approvals on behalf of the healthcare providers being compared.

The ENACT Network is now available to all Indiana CTSI investigators which includes investigators on the Indiana University, Purdue University and the University of Notre Dame campuses. The ENACT Network is further available to all Indiana University faculty.
